Whoever does the infrastructure for JLP needs a good kick up the backside. The site is borderline dead, way to be checking the capacity before setting up a sale!

I have similar problems with their credit card site on a very regular basis - I've called them multiple times, their technical team has been "aware of the problem" for the last 18 months.

And yet oddly, not managed to improve it.

I was in PCworld a few weeks ago and I was told by the salesman that I had just missed a deal the previous week of a Samsung 42" 100hz HDMI 1080 ready (all singing and dancing) for £799 and you got a Blu-Ray recorder inclded in that price. The Salesman told me that he expected that deal on again at some point. I would be quite tempted if that deal is on again after xmas.
