Definative allowances?

Hello, it's 5.09am and i'm still awake.....
I've had a look at a link ( mentioned elsewhere ) but I'm unable to find well defined acceptable monthly allowance figures ( £££ ) to live on, as stated by government etc...
In particular. I'm seeking single person, unmarried figure's for the likes of clothing, and all those other things that we DO require ( toiletries, grooming, contact lenses?specs? etc )
I've not bought any clothes in a LONG time, yet i need to put an ACCEPTABLE monthly figure on the INC/EXP sheet to account for any I am likely to need ( sooner than later in my case ) so that it can be taken into account.
My current clothing outlay is NIL...... this cannot last forever, so I have to put a figure down.
My current contact lense cost is NIL...... ( it was previously £33 month ) but i've been wearing the same pair of weekly disposables ( with cleaning ) for the past year!!!( J&J Acuvue ) I have big problems wearing glasses due to pressure across the bridge of my nose giving nose blocks, headaches, specs slipping off, fogging up, can never see a straight line with spec's on, not to mention my fragile err non-existent self esteem etc.
Does anyone have a DIRECT link to a list of acceptable expenditure figures as defined or endorsed by a government or recognized body?
I tried looking through nationaldebtline but got lost in the maze of pages.
Cheers....... my SOA is Nearly ready for uploading, and things look VERY grim ( -£300 per month at last check )

There's also a link to trigger figures (as they're called) here:
