oh my god had a scare with bridal shop !!!!!!

:eek: oh my god i drove past my bridal shop where ive bought my dress it should be in the shop for about feb/march , me and hubby2b drove past yesterday and oh my god the shop was empty NO DRESSES AT ALL there were 2 men in the shop and the lights were on but there was literally noone home ,even the dress on the manequin in the window was stripped :eek: i nearly had a heartattack i made hubby turn round to check it out, all i could think of is BANKRUPT i was practially crying ...... then to get right up to the shop and realise they were only re decorating :o i felt so relived and silly i couldnt stop thinking about it all day about the what ifs , god its so scary to think if that had happened especially the way the retail trade is going ..

    Its an obvious thing to think in the current financial climate. I am so glad to hear that it wasn't the disaster it could have been!

    When do you get your dress delivered? I hope its soon so you can sleep a bit more easily.

    Our wedding is at the end of June and I haven't even ordered mine yet!

  • Do you have wedding insurance? With any luck nothing will go wrong but in the event it did you would be covered...
    A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
