    Wow, that is some difference.

Sometimes you just have to shrug your shoulders and except it. Although in this instance I think you should buy your friend a bottle of something, just in case they find out.

Did she actually pay that for them though?;)

They were probably that price for 1 minute of one day this year:/

Ouch - thats bad. Makes buying gift ribbon in tesco for a quid but knowing I'll see it half price in a couple of days less annoying.
    Sympathies to your friend.
    Booo!!!
  • Oh dear but maybe she wanted them in her home for Christmas.

What's the quality like ? Can I check them out instore ?
Is it just my pc or is the colour in the photograph not
the same colour as in the square, it say's cream but the
sofa looks a sort of off-white to me.
    Thanks.

Ask first if they have one of those 'refund the difference if you see it cheaper' deals on their credit card - then it might be worth mentioning depending on the response.
  • Think I just got myself in good books with MIL, she asked today if there were any good bargains about for garden furniture. Just ordered £1,300 worth for under £300. Hope she's pleased when I tell her.

Thanks OP and don't forget the Quidco, 7% (which is my little bonus).

Good quality - they're on display in Cardiff last time I was there. I'd say the colour was more stone than cream. Very good price, I think.
