Strange emiail? Anyone else get the same?

Ive got a strange one for you's!!

I had a phone call today but my phone was on silent so I didnt answere it and then I received the following email:

"Thank you very much for your interest in i-to-i Meaningful Travel and for entering our prize draw. I tried to call you today and I welcome the opportunity to be able to contact you to discuss your travel plans and see if I may help you in any way regarding ideas for voluntering and TEFL courses."

So its from a comp I enetered on here but I cant find it anywhere and Im not sure but I think its not a win?

Any ideas?

its not a win its a marketing call i had the same they ask why you visited the site and what kind of travel experience you were looking for.and if youre busy they ring back

Thanks for that I cant remember entering it and I dont think its finished unless they are phoning people for marketing and sales

no im pretty sure its not finished but i had a call from them about 2 weeks ago and i was busy so he called again when i was out and then rang back again

Yep it's a marketing call. The lady who phoned me was pleasant and not pushy at all. She said she new I'd gone onto the site to enter a competition but wondered if I was interested in a trip... as it happens I am but my circumstances to not allow at the moment which I was able to explain to her.

So it's just sales... sorry!

no theyre really nice i was looking at trips for my daughters gap year and the guy was lovely and emailed me loads of suggestions
