As you will see, he was not an IFA at the time but worked for friends provident. Therefore your complaint goes to FP.

Hi Big T

I was given a note of this website by some kind person and it has been very helpful. Have a good read of the endowment section, it pretty much tells you all you need to know and can help greatly with letter writing.
