You type what you want, ie Google and then highlight that word, then click on the earth icon above the text box and enter link.

Or...you could use this simple (well, maybe not so simple :P) method:
Use this:[url@=link you want to put][color@=blue]word you want[/color][/url]
Say you wanna link to google right?[url@=www.google.com][color@=green]Click me![/color][/url]
Remove the @ and you get
Click me!
You could go without the [color] command...but then it'll just be in black, which would not make it obvious as a link. You could use pretty much any colour, pink, green, purple (provided the forum supports it...which it usually does).
Other commands that I believe this forum supports would be[b@][/b] for bold [u@][/u] for underline [s@][/s] for strikethrough
Example:
