New Yeras Resolution=save

we all NEED to start saving. Go to www.entitledto.com and see what you'd be entitled to if you loose your job. its frightening, if you are adults with no kids.
given the state of the economy and housing market etc i cant see anything improving soon.

If my job is looking under threat I'll buy a house for cash, leave myself less than £6k in savings and then sign on. Some money is better than none and seeing all my hard earned savings frittered away whilst looking for another job. After all the years I've been paying into the system I'd like to think I'd be entitled to some of that back.

But, but, Clown says we need to spend not save, as if we spend it will get us out of the hole that too much spending got us into...... uh ! He also wants the banks to lend at 2-3% when he is charging them 12% for the taxpayers money.

Brown, you wouldn't want him running your business would you ?, unless of course you wanted your business running into the ground.

Fool is too kinder word for him, his understanding of the financial system must be little better than a small child.
  • My job is dealing with complaints about investment performance.....so I should be quite busy for the time being.
