Hi,
Has anyone else had any issues with delivery from AllOutdoor.co.uk? I have now been waiting 2 weeks for delivery of a thermos mug despite assurances that the goods have been despatched. I've had some rather impolite e-mails from them after enquiring about my order. I ordered several other items on the same day and they all arrived with in a couple of days.
Also any tips on how I might get my money back would be helpful, I have paid via credit card. I've never had any other issues buying online
Thanks is advance,
Emma

What reasoning did they give?0

None what so ever, as far as they are concerned they have shipped the item and I should have recieved it. As I have not I have requested that they refund my money but so far they have not replied to this e-mail. I am wondering if I should write to them via post or just try and claim through my credit card company?First win Friday 13th! Knew it was a lucky day for me

Ask for a parcel tracking number. If they can't provide this, report the scum bags to your credit card company for non delivery of goods that have been paid for.0 -
I've asked and now they seem to be ignoring my e-mails. So do I just call my credit card company? I've never had to do this before, had a search of this site but not sure on the course of action I have to take. Any help would be appreciated.First win Friday 13th! Knew it was a lucky day for me

This happened to me with another company. I phoned my credit card company, First Direct, and they refunded the money to my account immediately. Give your CC company a ring.0
