Overpayments by internet banking - NR

Hi - Can anyone help me make an overpayment to Northern Rock by internet banking please?
I've just worked out how to log into the Northern Rock site and check how much I owe, and I want to make some overpayments by internet banking. Does anyone have the details to hand? And how do I make sure it goes into my account?

    Hi,

    I do overpayments to NR by internet banking all the time!

    I use sortcode 08-61-15, account no' 00000101, then as a 'reference number' put in your full mortgage account number.

    I assume it is the same sortcode & account number for all mortgages, but you may want to call them and check, just in case.
