If a csa1 case is moved to csa2 due to a second case being started can the orignal one ever be moved back if things change again?

It wont change, as long as the migration to the CS2 system was a genuine move - we did have one case where they were threatening to put the case back on the old system as they believed the second application to be "fraudulent" - not sure how it panned out though as we didnt get any feedback from the client.0

yeah can confirm that the only way a case would be moved back would be if it is beleived it was converted in error - for example no legitimate new rules case was linked to it.
hope this helpsComp Wins 2011 : Cant wait to start listing everything:j:j:j0
