Gmac Svr - Help!

I took out a mortgage with GMAC and it was sold onto MASno5 without my consent, I have now come off my fixed rate and have gone onto 4.99% with MAS No 5. Was just wondering if anyone knew what the SVR with GMAC currently stands at and if it is lower than MAS no5 do I have a case to ask for mine to be lowered as my original contract stated I would revert to the GMAC SVR.
