Hey, I used some fresh and some tinned when I made it so I would say yes. You might have to drain your tomatoes a little though so it isn't too sloppy. Enjoy, it is really delicious!God is good, all the time

yep just cook it down to the right consistency, made a huge pot at work recently with about 8kg of old tomatoes that took about hours to reduce!!!£5000 debt cleared thanks to MSE advice :money:0
