    Update,
    They just emailed me, (on the address they wouldn't accept!) with one of those obscure passwords.
    Was then able to log in again using it and enter the draw. Their link took me to the end of the survey, so I just went from there.

    Wouldn't accept my bloody GMail. Didn't think to try Googlemail; used my ntlworld mail instead. Still, most irritating. There are plenty of people around these days whose GMail is their primary/only email addy.

    Well bumped! There isn't a problem with gmail addresses, it's what I have and it accepted my entry on 22/12 when the comp was posted.
