  • Hi,
We went BR end of August, got letter offering us BI 2 weeks later, signed immediately and returned. Have just recieved letter of ED but no mention of BI. Will wait until discharge and watch the market before enquiring.

I went BR in April and haven't heard a thing from OR regarding BI. I'm not yet at negative equity so I'm glad I didn't buy it straight off in April.

Got email back from them today:

    Thank you for your email.

As yet, your case hasn’t been transferred to our RTLU department but it will be done in due course. Thank you for your enquiry and you will receive a notice of the transfer.

    What a strange reply
Your case doesn't need to be transferred to RTLU before you get offered the BI

Two houses involved, one is buy to let, although both are negative equity.

Up the wall with the OR tbh, they are obviouslly in no hurry so i guess I just have to wait until they see fit to do something with it:mad:
