Advice needed re renting out my house..what mortgage?

Wonder if any MSE'rs could pint me in the right direction. OH has bought another house we are hoping to move into soon. Thinking of renting my house out, where do I start in finding the best deal to change my mortgage over to a buy to let mortgage. Mortgage 35k, house worth 145k.
Thanks

    Hi fluffy,
Have you approached your current lender? They may allow you to use your current mortgage though they may charge an admin fee or slightly more interest.

Alternatively, go to the mortgage section of the site and use some of the links to comparison sites as some will show best buy BTL mortgages and others will let you put your own details through to see the most competitive deals. Otherwise try a broker, either through the links or someone local to you. You can find one thro' https://www.unbiased.co.uk or better still recommendations from friends or family.
