Repayment/interest only mix

I am in the process of seperating from my wife and she is buying me out of our home. I have been looking for a new house and have found an ideal (albeit expensive) place for 185k. I will be able to deposit 55k and need a mortgage for the rest but on a straight repayment deal I know I am looking at 750 a month at least and this is a bit steep. I know that a part repayment and interest only loan would help reduce the cost and I could remortgage in a couple of years to all repayment but any advice from experts out there would be great.
