Follow up complaint letters

I hope I am posting in the correct forum! (Sorry if not!)

I don't usually send complaint letters but after a terrible experience in Pizza Hut recently, I sent one to their customer service department. I received a letter back which wasn't particularly satisfactory, they listed the incorrect restaurant location and had a sarcastic comment on the end regarding data protection of the complaint letter (part of my original complaint was regarding data protection...long story). There was no real apology nor compensation, I am still really angry...so would you reccommend sending another letter? What shall I include in it?
