eggless xmas cake

Hello all!

Did a search and googled it but noone seems to have a simple recipe for an eggless xmas cake.

I have vegetarian guests over xmas and would like to make a cake but have no idea how to make an eggless xmas cake that doesn't have 100 ingredients!

Any help much appreciated!
