If you want a good product/service DO not order from Expansys!

Ordered from this company last week, item was shown as in stock on the website and that I would get in time for xmas. It arrived 5 days later, thought that was good at first. Took off the black wrapping and found a rip in the box, opened the box and the inside packaging was damaged. The product itself was obviously a faulty customer return as the DVD part would not open or close, it was missing a foot and had loads of major marks and scratches. It was in an awful state.

I reported this and was told to return the product myself, it was not until I kept on at them that they arranged a courier. Which I am still waiting for to collect the item. God knows how long I will have to wait for a collection and a refund.

Awful customer service, no one bothered to apologize for this matter, but only argue that the product was new and they sounded like they couldn't care less.
It was not new that is for sure, even the batteries were loose.

I recommend that if you want a good service, avoid this company. They are awful!
