Chat Magazine Issue 44 Win

Well thanks to this site I had a letter through saying I won first prize in the Mr Men competition in the magazine. It says the prize includes a 26inch TV & DVD player plus some Mr. Men goodies direct from Dillydale. This says it includes all 12 mini soft toys and a talking character toy. Very confused though as the only thing that has arrived is a Mr Bump DVD and a Purse with sweets in. Has anyone ever won something from a magazine like this and not got the actual prize? It worries me a little because it does say on there that the prize is subject to availability but then it says I'm a 1st prize winner! Not sure if this is the prize sent out from Dillydale (in which case I'm disappointed I didn't get the cuddley toys) or if this is a boobie prize so to speak.

Anyway thanks for the answers to this one!

Hopefully the TV & DVD will arrive seperately but who knows?? There was no letter in with the DVD which confused me even more.
