I have my Nan waiting to recieve my delivery for a Christmas Tree that was suspposed to arrive today between 7am-1pm. When it hadn't arrived by 1.20pm, I told my nan i would phone customer services. Customer services say the tree has been loaded on to the van for delivery, but cant give me a delivery time, they said could be up to 6pm.
What do you think my chances are of getting my Christmas tree before xmas?
Im feeling very sceptical now.

Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.

I know I replaced my scraggy old tree a few days before Christmas one year ... it's not that uncommon!

I believe you will be ok, it will arrive, but most probably be late on.
I had an email today from argos letting me know they had Wii's in stock, but only for home delivery.
Good luck, and Merry Christmas. :beer:0 -
i moved out of the home i shared with my ex in august and didnt realise i didnt birng the xmas decs with me until the 2nd week in December, at which point all the trees were still quite expensive, so i resigned myself to the fact that i wasnt going to have a tree this yeat until i found one for a really good price on line at Argos on Friday, so thought that i would order it as they stated it could be delivered today, so i thought that i would get to enjoy it for a few days for xmas and have it for next year too! I waited all excited all day for it today, when i rang at 6pm, they said they had tried to deliver it to the wrong address, but promised they would redeliver it on Tuesday, so i still should be able to enjoy it for two days before xmas this year and hopefully for many more years after. I am excitedly hoping it come tomorrow now. My poor nan though, was well stressed! She said she got up at 6am, bless her. Still they told me it should be delivered around the same time they tried today, so hopfully good news by 2pm tomorrow. Merry Christmas all!Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! I ordered a ps3 package from Argos home delivery (using the £10 off code and free delivery) waited in today 7am-6pm, phoned up (was on the phone over an hour trying to get through)....apparently not received paperwork so not loaded on van - fuming!

I know sometimes its a bit random, i wish they would let you track your order, or at least see the details, especially seems as we are paying for delivery. It s service you get elsewhere, even if delivery is free.Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0

You could try asking them for the tracking number and use it on the courier's website.0
