Hi all hope this is the right thread to post on

I bought some jeans last week. Arrived on saturday. Cost me 30 pounds, 4 pound postage. They are DISCUSTING. Nothing like on the net. So i am taking them back. However . I paid 30 pounds, they are now 12 POUNDS. And they are not accepting returns from 26th-28th december.

So my questions are if anyone could help me please.

Will i get the full 30 pounds back?
And i have 14 days to return. 14 days from when they arrived or delivered?

14 days from when they were delivered to you.

I thought that items bought online were under the distance selling regulations, which means you can cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Can't find this on their website though. Could you return them by another means instead?

I could return them via free post. But tbh i think i would rather go the shop and take them back as its quicker. I have the original packaging, reciept/order sheet. And my bank card which you need. But will i get my full 30 pounds back as they are now 12 pounds. I certainly wont buy online again .

Yes you would get back what you paid, £30.

Yep definately the full amount. Just take them into the store with your delivery note. I did it last week as I had the same problem. xx

its 14 days return
and on the receitp it says THE FULL PRICE
so you will get the refund..

I am calm now . I just was not sure as i bought them online & i have the receipt/order info on paper.
