Part Time Studies and Income/Council Tax Benefit

I have tried to search for the information online without any success and hope that someone here will help me out.

I am in full time employment (earning £36-37K per annum) but my wife does not work and take care of 3 kids.

I have decided to start Part Time (Distance Learning) MBA studies which will last for next 3 years and fee per annum is £4800

My question is, can I get any income tax benefit or council tax benefit based on my studies

    There will be no claimable benefits available for you, your income will be far too high for Council Tax Benefit..
    I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.
