Oh dear, Christmas nightmare. Ordered a DVD for my father for Christmas and sent it accidentally to my old address (where I was living as a student). It was dispatched from Amazon on Saturday the 20th and supposed to be delivered on the 24th... Is there anyway I can change the delivery address? or inform the Royal Mail and get them to keep it at the depot in Swansea?
Any help/advice would be much appreciated. I am resided to the fact it probably wont get to me for the 25th but if i could at least get it I would be happy!

You would have to contact the people living there now and explain what has happened maybe they will be good people and send it on to you or you could collect it.
As for the the Royal Mail aspect no chance there i'm affraid they will have to deliver it as addressed.
But i would first add up the cost of getting it back P+P / going to collect it, may be cheaper to order another.
But either way don't think your going to get it before xmas day sorry.0 -
better hope your postie knows you have moved and returns it to amazon0
