hi everyone!

GOOD NEWS!! today i managed to get my extortionate mortgage rate down from a whopping 6.65% to 5.29!! saving me £500 per year!!

THINGS ARE LOOKING UP!

    Good for you Luke! My tie-in period ends in March so I will look to reduce my rate as well, it is currently 6.75% :eek: :eek:
