I uninstalled Adobe flash player after a prompt on my PC. Tried to access youtube, keep getting message saying download Adobe flash player 10, but am unable to do so? Keep getting error message? Any advice appreciated, omnipeta.

Go to http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/ and search the Knowledgebase.0

Maybe I'm wrong but I'd be concerned about a pop up suggesting uninstall Adobe. I would suggest a scan with Malwarebytes would be a good precaution.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Think id agree with that. Sounds a tad dodgy!

UPDATE and FULL SCAN
Post the log here should it find anything (After youve deleted the nasties)
Then use the adobe uninstall tool

Then reinstall

Did you possibly misread it? Was it maybe a prompt saying do you want to install an update for flash player? I had a similar pop-up today. Standard prompt I'd expect as it checks for updates.
I'd suggest following the advise here to completely uninstall it then reinstall it:
