Reppossession when is it to late

Hello

just wanted to know when is it to late to save your house, i mean if you are unable to pay the arrears befor the hearing and the desition goes against you and you have a letter sent to evict you and then you come up with the arrears can you pay up and save your house in anyway, any advice would be greatful thank you

    You can negotiate with your lender to have the posession order put into suspension, but this means that at any time in the future if you default on the arrears then they do not have to go to court for another order to get the bailiffs in.

    It depends on the lender to be honest, but the worst they can say is no.
