Their instore sale normally starts on Boxing Day/the day after, but they actually reduce the prices on Christmas even from previous experience (last two years Toys and Christmas range 50% off the marked price).

I bought a Lush bargain bag last year and will do the same this year. It was full of stuff like bath goodies, excellent value. Some of the items were obviously Christmassy but most could be used any time for gifts. It was great to have treats "on tap" when needed as a reward/cheer up for the kids or emergency present.

I checked too around the same time expecting the boots sale to have started but nothing!!!
