Aww no - finally got the kids to bed so i could wrap the items i recieved today and im not happy.

My DD's Fifi pram is all wrong, 3 bits are missing and i cannot put the wheel covers on cos some of the bits to lock them in are snapped.

Now its not worth me sending it back to get a refund of £2.43 but it is very disapointing.

Granted i paid a tiny amount for it but what if someone else had bought it for the full price. I would be going loony mad if it arrived like that and paid more for it.

The pram cover thing soesnt even fit, you just have to lie it in.

So im gonna hve to go out tommorrow and buy a replacement pram for her and put this one in the bin. As i said earlier it didnt even come in a proper box just a basic white cardboard box, so im guessing it has already been returned once and they've just sent it back out to me.

So please make sure all your bits are in the box and you have the right bits.

Everything else i ordered is perfectly fine though.

You should return it. What happens if they try to take the discount back off any of us later on, you will then be charged an extra £10 for something you threw away. At least if it had been perfect in the unfortunate circumstance of being charged at least you would still have something worthwhile to show for it.
  • re the fifi pram, why not send it back for a replacement, but BUY a pram exactly the same in town, keep the receipt and then return the one u receive cheaply on that receipt? Either that or as returns r free, return it, they no doubt can replace the missing parts, no point binning something that is other wise useable but with parts missing.
  • Have just assembled my set for my little girls xmas present, and it is fab, such a bargain for £1.74. The pram is great!

Is it easy to set up those who have done it already? did it take long?,I am gonna set it up on Xmas eve tomorrow as i have no where to store it when its all together.I have loads of things to put together tomorrow (scooter/bike/kitchen).
  • steph, by OH put it all up in 20 mins or so (or at least he was down the stairs in that time, so he cant have taken longer than that lol but i guess perhaps less) so not long or hard at all :)

Thanks for the advice regarding putting th pram in the bin, i shall give them a ring tommorrow and see what they say for themselves. I never thought about them claiming the discount back in future.

I doubt ill find one in town tommorrow, so DD might have to wait a while for it. Luckilly she's only 15 months old so dont think DD will miss it too much but it would have been nice for her to have it xmas moring, but a few more days isnt gonna make much difference to her, she's gonna be overwhelmed enough as it is.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!

  • aww if shes only 15 months then i would just ask them to replace it as its not too much problem. It will be like 2 days of Christmas for her :D

Yeah it really easy, took me about 10 mins. Happy building!
