I read on another post yesterday that Natwest has brought back their 100% mortgages for existing customers. I checked their website and couldn't see any details. Does anyone know any more about it. What rates are they charging? Thanks

I think it was 95% mortgages not 100%If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly

No it is 100% as long as you have a current account or mortgage with natwest. The rate is 4.94% fixed for 5 years, no product fee, no deposit.
Go on the Natwest home page click on "mortgages",then "fixed rate", and then click on "existing customers changing deal" and you will see it at the bottom of the page. Hope this helps.
You can even get a ten year fixed at 5.24% and 5.34%, again, depending on your current deal with Natwest.0 -
its makes sense that the banks do this....why would they want to repo a house when they can just have the current owners keep paying for it.If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly
