Great bargains at littlewoods

I found these on littlewoods direct, but I guess they will be on great universal etc as well. I quite fancy the christmas cake stand - looks like it comes with the cake as well!

Just be careful with this mob. I bought an Ipod from them last month, using my credit card.

They decided to credit search me, despite me not agreeing to it nor applying for any credit.

When I queried it they said it's because they are a catalogue who can offer credit, and so they credit search everyone as 'part of their service'.

I managed to get the search removed and my 'account' is now closed. I wouldn't have found out about it if it wasn't for my free credit alert service with Capital One.
