Turkey No-Nos

I know we have various threads on how to cook/prepare the perfect Turkey:cool: but thought a quick guide on the big DON'TS could be useful to try and avoid poisoning your loved ones

Here's mines and please feel free to add your suggestions:D

DON'T fill the body with stuffing only the neck.

DON'T defrost your turkey in the top part of the fridge, place on the lowest shelf in a dish/container to avoid any jucies dripping on other foods.

DON'T reheat the whole turkey on christmas day if you have cooked it on Christmas eve. The only safe way to reheat turkey is to slice the cooked chilled meat, place in a ovenproof dish, cover with a lid or foil and place in the oven until piping hot.
