Hi please help- am looking to borrow 90K over 20 years on a house costing 180K. Have been a teacher for 15 years so job is safe, earning 32.5K.

Thanks for advice so far - Andy, looking for cheap deal, can cope with some rate rises as long as it doesn't go mad like the early 90s! Don't mind paying a fee if for a decent deal.
