Best deal borrowing 90K on 180K house/20 years?

Hi please help- am looking to borrow 90K over 20 years on a house costing 180K. Have been a teacher for 15 years so job is safe, earning 32.5K.

Can anyone advise on good mortgage deals?

Good deal in what sense? Are you wanting the lowest rate possible, lowest fees, tracker, fixed?

Thanks for advice so far - Andy, looking for cheap deal, can cope with some rate rises as long as it doesn't go mad like the early 90s! Don't mind paying a fee if for a decent deal.
Appreciate all help as at the very beginning of the search!
