BTL mortgages any good deals out there

I'm looking to rent my property out next year and as far as I'm aware I cant keep my existing mortgage on my property is this correct?
If this is the case what deals are about
I will need to borrow about £58k value of property is approx £120k

    No reason to remortgage - speak to your lender. There may be an 'admin' charge or they may slightly up your rate.

    Another choice is not to tell them..

    You need to ask your lender for consent to let. Given the low LTV this shouldn't pose much of a problem.

    mortgage works has one @ 4.49%

    lloyds has one @ 4.99%
