Hi there, i hope someone can offer some advice pls. I am looking to remortgage for 2 reasons,
1 - paying over the odds with natwest currently
2 - want to borrow a bit to clear a 8k debt with A&L and 5k for a new car
currently excellent credit status, lots of history, never missed or defaulted, or any negative history.
excellent employment history, 18 years and job safe (even in this climate would be one of the last to go) and good IT skills so could easily get another job in IT security industry
House is worth a realistic 190k today. owe 45k with 7 years left to go
want to borrow say 13k on top
Any advice would be welcomed, would be nice to be able to take small mortgage breaks if needed, maybe 3 months every couple of years or so, fix the rate for how ever long i dont mind, i dont understand the markets or know much about this kind of thing, each to our own eh, now if it was a cisco layer 3 network design . . . . . . .
Cheers in advance
