needs some help with a cv please

My hubby works for a really well known company, he loves his job but is looking for a bit more of a challenge. Anyway after speaking with his boss there is a position coming up in the new year which fits the bill perfectly. He is gonna go for it. He has to apply for the job . The application is asking him to write a CV. Could anyway please point us in the right direction of how to do this. it has been so long since hubby wrote one as he has been with current employer nearly 9 years.
