Have you rung them to ask?0

I have one with them (fixed rate finishes in Nov 09) - they are part of Bradford and Bingley so should be in line with their rates (I think!).
I'm sure a mortgage advisor will know more though!
They are SO difficult to get hold of on the phone - I have waited over 45 minutes before...Paying down the mortgage:
At 1 October 2011: £226,000
Currently: £224,499
Aim: 85% LTV (£212,500)
Paid £1,500
Target remaining: 88.89%0 -
Unless you switched to a Mortgage Express product your rate will still be st according to the Gmac offer you signed up for. Was it set to track Bank of England Base Rate or 3 Month Libor? Do you know if there was a collar on your rate?0

I was with GMAC and the mortgage express brought my mortgage off them.
I signed into a new fix rate in Nov 2007 with mortgage express, so would that mean I am now on BOE rate?
Many thanksDebt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0
