Quick question from a new DFW.

When working out my debts do I include my mortgage or not?

I mean it's a debt but does that need to be part of my DFW target or just loans / cards etc and then have a seperate target as a MFW?

Hi Eljay - welcome to DFW - its entirely up to you whether to include your mortgage or pay off your debts first and then overpay your mortgage. I personally have left my mortgage off for now as it is by far the lowest interest debt (and it would make the total debt too scary!).

    Evening all btw x x
