You can get 3 for £10 at the moment. The Wolf Blass and Jacobs Creek are good wines and nice. I have been stocking up.

The Wolf Blass tends to sell out quickly though.
  • Are you near a Morrisons? They have Wolf Blass yellow label chardonnay or cabinet sauvignon for £3.99 a bottle - fantastic price as it's lovely stuff. It retails at over £8 a bottle usually although it is on offer periodically, but rarely as low as £3.99!

Since I always buy my wine on-line from tescos I've provided some links (click on the blue) to reasonably priced quaffing wines, which are usually available in-store too.

Simple red £3.03 per bottle - Cotes du Rhone - always a good standby for parties.

Popular French red £3.57 bottle - Piat D'or red

White £3.79 bottle - Gallo Five Oaks Chardonney Semillon

White £3.79 bottle - Sauvignon Blanc - Chenet - refreshingly citrusy.

Rose £4.06 bottle - Mateus Rose - a classic light refreshing rose

Just a few ideas to get you going.

We like the South African Dumisani wines , a lot. They are in the Asda 3 for £10 range. The white is a Chenin Blanc , which is lovely served chilled. The red Shiraz is also very pleasant.
    Kind regards ,
    Jenny.
