As Xmas & new year is approaching, many people will have a new years resolution to lose weight. If anyone is thinking of joining weight watchers, there is a £9 registration fee. This can be avoided by printing the "free registration" coupon from the weight watchers web site.This has to be used before 31st December, so join the week before new year and save some money!

I heard that Weight Watchers will be subsidised (sp?) for those on low incomes that would benefit if they lose weight. It should work in the same way that Drs can prescribe exercise (called Exercise on Prescription) . Available next year so keep your eyes peeled

i bought the weighwatchers point cd rom off ebay!!!!! half the price on WW site!!!! also got a calculator...

im finding this change in eating habits (NOT DIET) very easy... infact, ive never had to eat so much! feel better also
