I have been searching for Amazon e-mail address, does anybody know what it is please? I bought an MP3 player and it says delivery within 1 to 2 wks. On my order tracking it says delivery of item between 26th Juanuary - 6th Feb. I am quite annoyed as I think the information on their website is misleading. The same for Pixmania I bought the same MP3 player and had to wait for a month for stock to come in and only last week, I have been told, it will not be available and had to cancel and they had the cheek to take the money from my credit card from the first day. I do not think this is right before the good is dispatched.
