What are good household ingredients to make a face scrub with?
Id like something that will keep in a pot or tub once I make it as well. I can store it in the fridge
I have sensitive skin as well.
Any tips.....
Thanks

Porridge oats mixed with aqueous cream makes an ace face scrub. It's gentle too & can be left on the skin as a mask. Becareful tho', it can clog the plug hole up.0

For the base bit you could use honey and for the scrub bit you could use ground nuts, sugar or salt.0

Salt and sugar will scratch delicate facial skin, but mixed with olive oil they're both a good scrub for hands..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0 -
Body shop used to sell ground aduki beans in a little tub which you mixed with water in your hand to use as a face scrub. I'm sure that if you had a coffee bean grinder or similar then you could make you own - aduki beans look like a red mung bean, I'm not sure if they had any properties which made then ideal for cleansing apart from their texture.0

I was just going to mention that but saw you beat me to it!
Oatmeal, as has also been suggested, is good too. It's very good for dry skin and excema as it has emollient properties. For the same reason it's nice in a bath too (in a muslin bag or something to contain it obviously. You don't want to be sitting in porridge!)0
