Hi there, me and my better half went BR on 16/12/08, very painless experience at court, didn't have to see a judge in and out in 40 mins all done.

Had our OR interview, all went well and very quick interview.... no interest in any of our assets (what little we have).

Just handed our infomation pack paperwork into the OR.

Hoping for a ED if we are lucky.

Looking forward to the future now instead of worrying.

The only thing we wish we had done differently was to go BR sooner.

Hi Costus, it seems to have all gone very smoothly for you and I am glad, hope that you do get your ED.

I wish too I had decided to go BR sooner and avoided all the stress but it is nearly over.

Yep everything went well at the court. Had my telephone interview with the OR very nice lady, havent heard from them since so I am thinking no news is good news right?

If they have done your interview and not said anything, definitely no news is good news. Keep your chin up but head down under the radar and wait for discharge now!
