Finding a mortgage

I was getting bored of looking for a mortgage. A lot of the comparison websites just compare on rate and not the upfront fees. (wahoo 3.99% boo 1999 fees). Anyway, in the end I used Tesco Compare which gives you the option of "lower upfront costs" in the search criteria (I didn't want to pay more than 500 for fees but wanted the lowest rate!)

Anyway, I found the mortgage I wanted from the Tesco output but didn't apply through their site (about £10 more expensive than going direct to the lender I chose).
I don't know if it has all lenders but I hadn't found a better mortgage after trawling all the websites of the main lenders (halifax, nationwide, woolwich, abbey)

Just letting you know as I found it really useful.
