help with new laptop please

I would like to buy my brother a laptop for his birthday, he hasn`t been too well recently and I know he would love one to access the internet, and would use it for nothing else. any ideas

if you look in the "Grabbit" part of the forum I have posted a Dell Laptop for £339 delivered...spec is ample for what you describe
