Reclaiming Mortgage Charges ... Template letter? I wondered if such a template letter exists guys?

I'm in the process of reclaiming massive mortgage fees put onto my accounts over the last 2-3 years Is there a suggested letter to write?

I require mortgage statements to see this ... is this like the DSAR request?

Your expert help appreciated please ???

Not exit fees ... charges that have levied onto my account for late payment, missed payment etc ... things are fine now, it's just that I was hit for many many fees over a 3 year period and I want to see if it's possible to get back or a portion of it.

Somewhere in yr original documentation you will find a list of charges, have they broken their promise, have they charged you differently from what is stated?
