Have been on their svr since may.......they have passed on the recent cuts, and my current rate is 3.80% meaning that back in September I was paying £540-ish a month on a £83k mortgage and as from 1st January will be due to pay £409 per month - needless to say the Standing Order has remained at £540.......:j

It's good to see someone overpaying at a time like this.
A lot of people will use the money for luxuries and when rates go up will find themselves stuck or unhappy due to less disposable income.
We'll be lucky to see rates like this again in our lifetime so make the most of it whilst you can!0
