Do you mind me asking what you did?
Many thanks,

Weightwatchers! I grumbled about it for years as just a label, but then I realised it's very sensible - just like budgeting money. You have a certain number of points a day (not just calories, but based on saturated fats etc too) and no food groups get excluded. With cash, if you want, you can blow your entire week's income on a nice handbag and live on beans as a result, or you can budget sensibly and have a little of everything. And you can save up/go into debt etc. Same with WW - I refer to budget well, but then if I do blow a day's points on flapjacks, then I know I can cut back over the next few days to make up. Or save up points to go for a curry on friday. CAn't save for Xmas, mind!
Anyway, the moneysaving mindset works well for weightwatchers so I've decided i do like it after all. MArtin might too as it can get you involved in complicated calculation IF you want. But doesn't have to0 -

I paid particular attention to what was in stuff, became an ardent reader of pack labels. Smaller portions too probably, though still thoroughly enjoyable meals!0
