Electronic keyboard for 5 yr old

Could anyone recommend a musical electronic keyboard for a 5 year old boy please. Not sure which route to go down i.e. a toy type or a grown up looking one, I have looked on various websites and most have conflicting views as to age suitability. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 you are as you are, if you aren't as you ought to be.

I would say either ELC or Argos. Wins in 09 = A vodka cocktail kit thing lol, £150 Amazon voucher.0

Make sure you get one that takes headphones, then he can play away to his hearts content without disturbing the whole household.0

Its a really difficult decision because if he is going to get fed up after a few weeks/months (which is very likely) they you don't want to spend big money. However if he is really likely to take to it then you don't want to put him off with a 'toy'. Perhaps about the £30 mark would be a good compromise to find out what direction he is likely to take .
Perhaps something like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/CASIO-SA-75-PORTABLE-KEYBOARD-keyboard/dp/B000JWJB0E/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1229555639&sr=8-7
Argus are doing it a bit cheaper but only if it is in a store near you

I'm not losing my hair... I'm getting more head!!0 -

The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

I also want to buy one for my 5 yr old and I am leaning towards a grown up looking one because even if he isn't inteested now, chances are that he will be in a couple of years
Haven't decided which one yet, will go to my local music shop tomorrow. 0 -
I got my DD an ELC one similar to the one referred to above a couple of years back when she was five and she's still having a lot of fun with it. It's tough as old boots too, and that's important with younger kids.Val.0

ASDA at Cribbs Causeway had one the other day for about £25. Not sure of the quality but probably ideal for a 5 year to have a bash on. They had a massive pile of them.
People weren't stopping to look, prefering to spend their money on beer and pop tarts!
It sort of looked out of place, something mildly cultured in the middle of ASDA, they had acoustic guitars too!0 -
